All orders are subject to a $75 minimum order.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required along with the signed Rental Contract in order to reserve the items. Items will not be held without the above mentioned.
A Damage Deposit equivalent to 50% of your total rental cost will be charged. This deposit is due two weeks prior to your rental date. The deposit will be returned to you via etransfer upon satisfactory inspection of the items to ensure they have not become damaged during your rental period. All items are to be returned to us in the SAME condition that they were rented. We understand that accidents happen. In the event an item becomes damaged during your rental, you will be charged for repair or replacement of that item. If items are returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged. Please also ensure all supplies such as totes, cloth bags, metal stakes, weights, ribbons, etc are returned with the rentals. A fee will be charged for any missing equipment.
All items are located in Brentwood Bay. The address will be shown in the Contract. Pickup/Drop off times are between 9am and 6pm Friday-Sunday. Alternate times will be made available for midweek rental upon request. Shipping is not possible.
Late Return Fee
Rented items are to be returned to Southern Charm by 6:00pm on the drop off date specified in the signed Rental Contract. If the items are not returned by 6:00pm, a late fee of $50.00 will be charged and deducted from the damage deposit on hand. This fee will increase by $25.00 for each additional day thereafter until the items are returned.
We are happy to provide delivery of your items within Victoria, BC. Delivery fees start at $125 and increase depending on location.
